Who we are

This website, changemastr.com, is run by ChangeMastr FZ-LLC, registration number 47015545, of VUNE0003, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this policy "we" and "us" mean ChangeMastr FZ-LLC. For anything about your personal data, email service@changemastr.com.

What we collect

• When you buy a package: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, business name and the number of people in your business. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you book a call: your name, email address and the time you choose, through Google Calendar's booking page.
• When you message us: whatever you send us on WhatsApp or by email, and your number or address.
• During an AI systems analysis: information about your business, its systems and its data that you choose to share with us so we can do the work.
• When you visit the site: standard technical data such as your browser, device, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see Cookies below).

How we use it

• To deliver the package you bought, arrange calls and keep you updated.
• To take payment, issue receipts and keep the financial records the law requires.
• To answer your questions and tell you about webinars you signed up for.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the business, each of which handles data under its own privacy terms:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Google, for call booking (Google Calendar), email and site analytics (Google Analytics through Site Kit).
• Meta, through the Meta pixel, to measure visits from our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Luma, if you register for a webinar.
• WhatsApp, if you message us there.
• SiteGround, which hosts this website.
• Kev, the business platform built and operated by ChangeMastr. Business information gathered during an analysis is used to set your business up on Kev, only with your agreement.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Meta pixel), plus cookies our hosting and security tools need for the site to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How we keep it safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Access to the information you share with us is limited to the people doing your work, and to accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step sign-in where the service offers it.

How long we keep it

We keep payment and invoice records for as long as UAE law requires. Other information is kept while we are working together and for a reasonable time afterwards, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop sending you messages at any time. Email service@changemastr.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
